My Body of Truth
I dance back into my bones,
into my animal nature long disowned.
Deep into the bones,
I dream my human reach inward
and then outward. Extending
the holy form that holds me,
I dance my animal body
back out to infinity. Awareness
lets all the lovely sensory
arise and depart and arise,
and allows the thoughts and feelings
to pass their way through and vanish.
Vast and clear, awareness;
while my body dances.
