sorrows beyond my own.
I’m hungry, this is what it feels like
to be hungry, for one day.
So many others, right now,
hungry for many many many days.

light years from me.
How many others, right now,
alone and distant from families.

How can you be alone
when all the others are there
in your heartgate to the cosmos.

Your suffering is your own
and also, belongs to the whole
field, to the greater family of beings.
As your happiness. Let the worlds
access your happiness!
