So Much More
Each of us, a crucial cell
in our human species,
each linked
to make the larger body;
the one that joins every other species
to generate
the stunning living being –
the body of the Earth, our Gaia.
Believe it. We are so
much more than singular.
Even while the human world is shaking,
we spin along in celestial song
and dance as particles of gratitude.
Let’s take our tiny necessary places,
bowing to belonging
to our holy only planet.
