Heartfelt

As I prepare to leave this wonderful place in the Blue Ridge Mountains that has been so good to me for four and a half years, I focus on heartfelt gratitude. In The Subtle Body, Cydni Dale tells us that what we focus upon, we receive and transmit through the heart as an organ of communication. The abundance of aliveness I have received, nestled in the mountains here in Asheville, prompts me to transmit an abundance of appreciation!

Blessing from the Turk's Cap Lily

Here’s a photo from last Sunday’s climb with the Carolina Mountain Club, up to Pisgah Peak. I’m communing with the Turk’s Cap Lily that is blessing me on my way. Tomorrow I leave for Playa Samara at CostaRicaTEFL.com for a certificate course in teaching English as a foreign language. In September when I return I will move from Asheville to wherever in South America I find a position.

Cydni Dale goes on to say that the heart’s electromagnetic field is 5,000 times stronger than that of the brain, that its electrical field is 60 times greater than that of the brain, and that all information comes through the heart before the brain. As I begin my new life, my intention is to live beautifully as a lover of life, heartcentered all the way. May your own intentions unfold in grace and love.

Susa, may your Heart be blessed with an abundance of life’s joys whereever the road leads you. Wishing you all the best in this time of change. Much Love, Liz xoxoxo

    • Liz, as you may have guessed, A had a change of heart after I last wrote you. I am living as large as I can and thank you deeply for your support.

Blessing Susa it sounds like the perfect plan.

    • Meg, I very much appreciate yr blessing this day! and I am truly sorry about yr loss of yr Mom.
Since A decided she wants to be alone, it has been extremely challenging for me, letting go of dreams to make a family and stay. Support from friends definitely helps me meet that challenge and find the silver lining of what is meant to be.
